URDESA  MODERNISM  MANSION
An empty lot in the city of Guayaquil - Ecuador was choosen to propose a luxury home, classified as a mansion, by the number and type of rooms detailed in the needs program, and later embodied in the architectural plans.​​​​​​​
A piece of land in an urbanization centrally located in the city, called "Urdesa'', was choosen due to it's natural beatuty of being set next to a estuary, therefore the front facade its closed up to provide privacy to its residents, while the back facade, that views to the mangle, it's the most opened it can be; the residence has a strong inspiration in the Arch. Mies Van Der Rohe, such as the open plan concept with large windows, complemented with chrome details, and the use of furniture by the same author, outdoor platforms raised from the ground, among other elements.
